Adam Levy is the Alcohol Professor & the founder of the New York International Beverage Competitions, encompassing the annual NY International Spirits Competition, NY International Wine Competition and NY International Beer Competition. Before delving into the drink world, he earned a BA in Political Science & an MBA in Business Strategy, beginning his career in the Tech field – working with ATT, Radware and others. He is very excited that Rutgers is joining the Big Ten in 2014!

The Jägermeister BBQ Cook-Off

I was in for quite a surprise when I participated as a judge in the Jägermeister Charred BBQ Cook-Off recently. The Cook-Off, which took place in a culinary studio in lower Manhattan, was the culmination of a summer-long Facebook contest where fans submitted their own Jägermeister-infused BBQ dishes in three categories: beef, chicken and pork. Included are the recipes for the winning dishes!
