Why Having A Quarter Life Crisis Is Awesome

I thought it was the end of the world. I didn’t know what I was doing with my life, where I was headed and kept questioning everything about myself. I started second guessing my career path and didn’t know how to make the switch to doing what I absolutely love: writing.
I kept comparing myself to my friends, my husband and other people several years older than me. I felt depressed for still being an intern at 22 years old, which I know now was a ridiculous way to feel.

Reasons To Embrace Your Inner Crafter

Growing up I was a huge crafter. Needlepoint, paint by numbers, DIY ornaments, you name it I did it. As I’ve grown older, I’ve slowly lost my crafty side. I’m not sure why. Maybe it was because I thought crafting wasn’t cool, so I lost touch with that side of myself. I don’t know. But recently, I’ve started to ease back into to crafts. I’m a full blown ‘Do It Yourselfer.’
