Written in 1916, in the middle of the First World War, The Mysterious Affair At Styles is Agatha Christie's first published novel. The novel was published in 1920, and introduced the affable Belgian detective, Hercule Poirot. Originally released as a serial in The Times, the novel included a map of the house and of the murder scene, as well as a scrap of a mysterious document, all of which included in this NoteStream release.
In Chapter 1, we are introduced to John Hastings and the extended group of family and friends that call Styles home.
